We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey and growth—our merger with Argentis. This union will combine our strengths, bringing expert financial advice and unparalleled client experience to everyone we work with.

Rob Wintour founded Argentis in 2005. The business has a track record of being an early adopter of changes in the financial sector for the betterment of its clients, most notably embracing the fee-for-service model to focus on providing strategic financial advice.

“I wouldn’t be much of a planner if I didn’t strategically plan for our own future,” says Rob. “In contemplating the path forward for Argentis, my priority has been to ensure continuity and exceptional service for our clients. After a careful search, I am delighted to say we’ve found the ideal partner in Green Associates, who share our values and commitment to a client-focused approach.”

Green Associates brings a legacy of excellence since 1989, with a large team across multiple cities in Australia.

“Green Associates brings a legacy of excellence since 1989, with a large team across multiple cities in Australia. This merger expands our capabilities and resources. I will continue to be the primary adviser for clients, working alongside other advisers to give clients more extensive access to support and expertise. I turn 60 years young in December and plan to continue working for many years; so as long as I’m useful, I plan to work with my clients to achieve their goals.”

Craig Green, Director of Green Associates, also expressed his enthusiasm about the merger, highlighting the enhanced potential it brings.

“Joining forces with Argentis is a strategic step that aligns perfectly with our mission to offer high-quality financial advice and wealth management. Rob and his team have an impressive track record, and together, we will continue to uphold the highest standards of service and expertise.”

“This collaboration allows us to leverage the unique strengths of both teams, enhancing our ability to serve current and future clients with even more depth and expertise. We are excited about the future and the many successes we will achieve together.”
